Introduction

I am a lazy girl by nature. If I could, I would lye around on the couch eating oreos while watching "Sex and the city" or "True Blood" all the time... That could be my job actually. And my cardio would be shopping.  But let's be realistic, we can't do that.
We have to move around, eat the right things (with some good treats sometimes) and be good to ourselves.

That's why I decided to create this blog. I am a woman with some past food issues (maybe I'll talk about it sometime in the future) and trying to be good to myself, that means eating the right foods and nutrients to support my body, do some exercise so release some endorphins and do what makes me happy.

This blog will keep me accountable  so I make sure I don't fall of the wagon and start eating everything in site and sit on my booty all day feeling sluggish and  so not sexy ;)

I discovered the Tracy Anderson Method in 2008 when we first started to hear more about her workout. I bought her Mat and dance cardio DVDs and was hooked. It was the first workout that didn't bulk up my thighs and didn't make me yawn the whole time. It actually made me feel good and made workout consistently.

I've bought her Metamorphosis Omnicentric set back in 2011 and almost finished but I'm not Omnicentric, I'm Hipcentric. This was something that I realized only when Tracy was on Dr. Oz and explained super well all the centrics. Even though I have an hourglass figure, I have bad circulation on my legs and most of the stubborn fat is stored on my hips, plus I have a super tiny waist and a week upper body...yup, definitely Hipcentric after all.
So I'm starting her workouts again from day 1 to day 90 (Hipcentric this time), and would love if you join me and share your thoughts, opinions and experiences with her method, or others.

I'm not following her meal plan (hell to the no) and it's actually okay, you don't need it to see results. I even emailed her team asking if it was really necessary and they replied that only people who need a detox or have to lose a lot of weight should do the meal plan, even if we don't, it's okay.

I'll eventually post some before and after pics, so you can actually see the difference  Sometimes we get so caught up in the scale and measurements that we don't see the bigger picture. So no weight or measurements, only pictures with real results, that what I like to see as well, so that's what I'll post.
Friday will be my starting day, and I'll report back once I completed the workout!

Like I said on my "About" page, this blog is not only about the Tracy Anderson Method. Metamorphosis it's just a part of it, I'll do much more fit, food and beauty tips that I've learned over the years. <3
