I'm currently starting Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis Hipcentric program without following the meal plan.I always had a huge interest in health and fitness and thought I would create this blog to share my experiences with the one trainer who has never failed me and it's Tracy Anderson.

I would also like to share some of my fit and food tips that I learned over the years and also would love all your input, always, feel free to comments, especially if you are following her method as well or just like to give your opinion!I am 5'8 and currently my BMI is a healthy 19.8, so I'm not doing this program to lose any weight, but to only get my body into shape! I'm a curvy girl so I would not like to lose that (:


Keep in mind that the word "healthy" in this blog is not thrown lightly. I'm not obsessing over her method or her philosophies  I'm just following a workout plan and hoping it gives me the best results. That said I'll talk about beauty, some fashion, food... Everything life related. Metamorphosis is about becoming the best version of myself, ad I am inviting you all into my journey <3
